Lighter than Air RPAS

The DGCA certified RPAS Operators Certificate is for those who want to fly drones professionally. The curriculum is developed with emphasis toward civilian aviation RPAS Flight Operations and Ground support, keeping in mind the DGCA Civil Aviation Regulations [CAR Section 3, Series X, Part 1] Students will be exposed to didactic lectures, along with the use of course management software to read technical papers, & receive assignments for review that will include papers, simulations, problem assignments & evaluation tests. The course also includes flight simulator experience, practical laboratory sessions along with flight instruction & individual flight time on Drones. A pass mark of 70% for all modules is mandatory towards issue of certification towards obtaining a UAOP with specialization based on type classification [Multi rotor] [Fixed wing ]

PAYLOAD CAPABLE FIXED WING RPAS

The Advanced RPAS Management Course will allow students to understand and manage aviation projects to design and build UAV systems and explore how they fit into the larger aviation system, including safety policies and regulations, while learning the fundamentals of the UAV business including cost estimation, market analysis, schedule development and technical performance evaluation. Students will perform trade studies, learn about preliminary and detailed UAV design, study component and subsystem test and integration. Companies adopting RPAS technology urgently need experts to help them navigate flight paths as well as rules and regulations. Graduates will be equipped to be leaders in this new career field with the ability to start their own UAV business or enter the unmanned systems field as a professional.

GROUND CONTROL STATION(GCS)
