Thaejus Aerodyne from its humble beginnings in 2006, now comprises of NTRO Certified DGCA Master Trainers & DGCA certified RPAS Instructors authorized to conduct DGCA Certified RPAS Training Modules towards UAOP Certification requirements. Assisted by a team of professionals that are technically qualified on Unmanned Aerial Systems with over a decade of hands-on industry experience on Aircraft, Helicopters, Multi-rotors, Commercial Drones, LTA, VTOL, RPAs, UAV’s and AUV’s

Equipped with a specialized skill matrix that includes innovation, design, production, testing, payload configuration, documentation, training and operations, we own and operate a fully equipped state of the art manufacturing facility with the latest CNC machines, Laser cutters, Flatbed cutters, Composite facility, and Electronics lab. Executive Director & CBO

An effective leader, negotiator, people manager and decision maker with over two decades of experience and an established track record of managing and driving Global Operations Delivery, Business Consulting, Strategic Planning & Execution, Sales Operations & Business Development. Associated with some of the top 50 Information Technology companies in the world, he, has been instrumental in conceptualizing, building and heading various shared services teams, in the areas of Technology Business Solutioning, Sales Operations, Reporting, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, AI and ML engagements across several global regions. He is adept at Business Turnaround & Agile Transformation, Client Relations & Engagement, and helping to bridge the gap between business and technology to help translate business strategies into maximum profits.

Jairus holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Leeds UK, a postgraduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore, India and a Bachelor of Business Management in Sales and Marketing from Christ College, Bangalore, India, He is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Management from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva, Switzerland with a focus on the application of Drone Technology in the Commercial arena.

An Aeronautical Engineer, An Associate in Royal Aeronautical Society, UK and an MBA in Disaster Management & CRM, He is a graduate of National Civil Defence College & National Disaster Response Force Academy, he has Specialised Training from International Air Transport Association (IATA), Canada and Flight Safety International, New York. He has over a decade of experience in the domain of aerospace manufacturing and is also the Deputy Divisional Warden of the Karnataka Civil Defence Corps, under the Ministry of Home affairs.

He has a distinguished service record and holds to his credit honours such as: The Chief Minster’s Gold Medal for meritorious service, Karnataka; The Honourable President’s Meritorious Service Medal; The Honourable President’s Gallantry Medal and the Director General of Police Commendation Disc, to name but a few.

Abhay Ashvin

UAV Instructor

Bachelors of Science in Aviation, Flight Instructor and Commercial pilot certified by the DGCA as its designated RPAS instructor, qualified in IATA DGR level 10 with experience, in the focus domains of:

RPAS Maintenance, Programming and Simulations and Building UAVs with Knowledge of Meterology, Air Navigation, Air Regulations, Aerodynamics and Engines.
